it's not really a fighting game, it's more of a physics-based real-time RPG..that takes place in side-scrolling stages..and has no story.
I love stories like this, think they are very funny. I don't understand the contempt though. When I'm in the vicinity of extremely nerdy kids I love it. Are you angry because you think they'll make you look bad by association for being gamers?
...BUT I can't help but think that so many Wii owners are going nuts for the game simply because they have nothing else to play, as has been the "Nintendo Difference" since the N64 days.
I'm not sure why people are so excited. It's a well made game, but not worth going batshit insane over it. Why are people gushing over the music? I mean, it's well done, but people are going batshit insane. I think the game is a fun little party game.. but that's it.And Lyte Edge is right; the hype is caused by wii owners starving for decent title.
