Most critics also thought that the last HP movie was the worst so far and I agreed with them.

OOTP > Goblet of Fire.  I will say it again.  Goblet of Fire was incomprehensible.

Only because special effects were used more. There weren't many fantastical visuals needed in OOTP compared to GOF which had dragons and sit. Granted OOTP had a giant and thestrils :/

Order of the Phoenix was probably the second best movie behind Prisoner of Azkaban. (Note: I haven't read any of the books.)
