Well, it is like 150 episodes. Considering how Japan likes to put two episodes on a disc and charge $30 for it, I'm sure you're actually getting a bargain!

Is the series any good? I've only seen the first movie dubbed, and it was laughably bad.

i like it though it starts very slow, it gets better later at the souther chapter.

Its popularity must still be pretty high in Japan.  My local Japanese supermarket still carry Fist of the North Star candies which come with small toys.
