BATMAN #658 -- The "Batman and Son" arc comes to a close, and I can't help but feel a little let down. I thoroughly enjoyed the first two issues of Morrison's run, but the last two just seemed kind of weak to me. This one, especially, just rubbed me the wrong way. So Talia's true motivations for revealing the kid are to get Bats to rekindle his relationship with her, and to get him to "cleanse" her. Argh, some of the dialogue in this was SO terrible -- Talia's mustache twirling, "we will raise him to be the ruler of the world!" bullshit just turned me off completely. I hope the next issue, The Clown Prince at Midnight (featuring the return of The Joker, after getting shot point blank in the face a few issues ago) will not dissapoint.

AMAZING SPIDER-GIRL #2 -- Just started reading this title with the relaunch, and I'm liking it so far. Not much else to say but, if you love the classic 70's/80's Spidey antics, this is the perfect book for you.

Ninja Man-Bats are one of the greatest things I've ever seen in mainstream comics.

Spider-Girl, I just read for fap material well told stories. :-[

I haven't read the close to Son yet but it just rubbed me the wrong way that this kid was able to so easily beat Tim. I mean wtf.
