Certain members have auto-approve, but permissions are kind of restrictive at the moment to prevent Bz from going nuts. We'll get lax as it goes on.

Also I just looked through gallery settings and found nothing that could turn preview images on. However it's not the PREMIUM version or whatever, so that could be the reason.
