I'm hoping that 'manage downloads' means allowing it to background download during games and/or low-power download after shutting the console down.  Clearly there's a lot here related to the previously all-but-confirmed custom soundtracks option.  I'm hoping that 'Game Category' means you'll be able to better sort your downloaded PSN games on the Games section of the XMB?
