I think he means TF2 is unplayable on the 360. He just said he needs to buy it for PC.
This is what I meant. The 360 version is rife with bugs and issues with latency, and Valve hasn't paid any attention to it since its release. When Orange Box was originally released, my PC was a dud. I don't have any excuse not to own it now.
