You made a great point about price.  I mean, thank god for the Gamecube winning last generation with its lowered price!

Plus, who the fuck cares?  Leave that shit to the executives, just give me some games.

Assassin's Creed

Breaking beggars faces since 2007, baby!

:bow AC :bow2

I'm sure Uncharted was a good game (I haven't played it), but I can't imagine it would best the GOTY2007.

:heartbeat Assassin's Creed :heartbeat

Bildi knows what's up.

Uncharted was damn close for GOTY 2007 though.  I love it.

assassins creed rules! I loved the game even though it had lots of flaws and shit

since wii's success has dissociated development support from hardware sales, i don't know why i should care. sales threads are what nintendo fans do instead of playing the games that nintendo platforms haven't got
I dont know what youre talking about, I find plenty of games. Most gamers seem to need a constant fix of new software every month or they think their hobby is worthless.  Buy games with replay value.
But then again youre too much of an elitist to play blast works because the wiimote dpad isnt absolutely perfect.

My point is, if you dont have games to play on the wii, retail/vc/wiiware, youre denying yourself for arbitrary reasons or always need something new.

wiiware is all shit

i have vc -- it's called MAME

that leaves like 5 good games on the wii, which is fine if you're a yucky poor

True story- I bought a used Wii off of Craigslist for the sole purpose of playing Fire Emblem Radiant Dawn.  I used an old GC controller to play the game, so I've like never used the Wiimote lolz.
