I just got invited to What.CD a week ago so I don't have any invites to use yet Your best bet is to try to get invited via IRC unless you know someone who can throw you an invite to either What or Waffles. I use demonoid, bt-junkie, and torrentz. Not the greatest sites, but they get things done for the most part.

I'm also trying to get into waffles or what, and can also give a demonoid invite if anyone is interested.

250kb/s is the minimum bitrate I'll touch. I mainly look at release notes. Even TPB has good rips of CDs from group releases who know what their doing.
