What is your opinion on releasing DLC for a "new NES game"?

Will you download it 50 times on all versions just to spite the young noob haters, or will you not buy the game at all because of imaginary content-tripling DLC packs that you just know were already present in the game.

I will buy the game, but I won't be buying the DLC.  I probably will end up buying it on PS3 since my Wii doesn't have any storage space and am someone who needs a good D-Pad to play so 360 out is out of the question.  Still, I might make room on my Wii just so I can play with my SFC controller...plus I need to play the system every few months so it doesn't shrivel up and die.

It's probably not DLC, its just a key that unlocks it. When Final Fantasy came out on WiiWare, it was hacked and all the DLC was accessible for those who PIRATED it

While I don't agree that Proto Man should be charged (especially considering the package Powered Up had) I'm not going to bitch about something that costs $2.00.

Yeah, definitely didn't mean anything nasty by it, just a stupid ethnic joke, which I always thought was the modus operandi around the 'bore. Guess this is the part where I go "yeah yeah some of my best friends are Jewish". :P

But truthfully, I don't like how the game is gonna have new costumes as microtransactions... charging a few bucks for a 16x16 pixel sprite?  :P

According to the manual, the remaining DLC is:

-a never ending stage to see how long you can last (300 points)
-a hard mode (100 points)
-super hard mode (100 points)
-a time attack level with a new boss (100 points)

Seriously.

I played MM2 a few weeks ago and had no problem with it, but this game is brutal.  The thing I don't get is that Galaxy Man is super easy, but everything else is hard.

And paying for a difficulty mode lol
