So I got back from the interview. It was pretty fine, mostly technical questions (oddly enough, a ton of linux/command line questions, good thing I'm a linux neckbeard), wayyyy less ethical/personality bullshit questions (I guess they had their fill of that on the initial phone interview). I think they're gonna call me back sometime next week to do a final interview with the higher-ups. Word on the street is that I'm the only current candidate that survived both interviews, so yay me (unless I royally fuck up the last interview).
oh and possibly to prole's enjoyment I was able to pull the "how do you use it as an effective tool in the workplace?" line without a hitch!
And my former place of employment called me in to re-set up some servers (SMH) tomorrow. I wonder if I should just tell them to fuck off, although I haven't gotten this payday's check yet and my release is technically on Monday.
