The first thing I remember doing on the internet was trolling in a chatroom. We were at a family gathering for new year or something and they had internet at home there. My brother, my cousin and I went online to some general chatroom and starting trolling, impersonating and shit, just being a dick because of anonymity. We laughed so incredibly hard, it was very powerful.
Second thing we did was look at naked pics.
I'd invest in Nintendo, sell right before the fall of N64 or Gamecube and then buy again their depth and then sell again at their peak with the Wii and be superrich looooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooool
For realz, going to the library with my brother and two 3.5" diskettes, downloading naked pics of celebs from freenakedcelebs or something. One of us would watch if a librarian or a visitor would come in line of sight of the computer monitor to minimize the window.
Getting naked pics back then was hard and stressful work.
That's pretty epic.
Yeah, then at home we looked at the pics again because we only had a limited time to download and save them at the library (3.5" are SLOOOOOOOOW) and we wanted to use our limited budget (we were pretty young) for as much naked celeb pics as possible.
The day we got internet at home was so good, it was 1997-1998 and we were the first town in Belgium where the new ISP established itself and introduced cable internet so our mom took that and we went at a blistering speed of 700-800kilobyte/s. My cousin always came to us to download his new linux distros because he was stll on dial-up.
