Getting a basic cable subscription installed today. What happened? Oh yeah, Food Network Junkie.

I'm more of a DVR junkie.  Now I have obnoxious amounts of King of Queens, Seinfeld and random daytime movies on my DVR.  I just got it like 2 tuesdays ago but maaaaaaaaaaaan, it takes up a lot of time now.

I buy a lot of box sets on DVD, but im really getting 100 channels for 2 channels in particular. MSNBC and Food Network

All I watch is TBS and my local ABC

MSNBC looks like ass on an HDTV....then again, everything does that isn't a HD signal.



I pay way too much each month for my cable bill...goddam HBO just has to have one show to keep me hooked each season to keep from canceling it and saving some dough.

Actually, this is the best answer. MAF, you should be able to get FiOS our in Mill Creek.

I wish we could get FiOS in Seattle.
