I want to take some of my weed with me to Houston for Thanksgiving so I can smoke it up with a few friends.

But what's the best way to bring it on an airplane since they go through your stuff? Just put it in a bag, put the bag in a sock and stuff it in your suitcase?

actually, one of the surprises of the latest election was a relaxation of federal possession laws. you can now take up to 3 grams with you on an airplane without getting in any trouble.

While I was vacationing in London with my family this summer, I had a friend visit me from Ireland for a weekend. He smoked out with a bunch of his friends before his flight and forgot about the joint in his pocket. Amazingly, he didn't get caught which is an amazing feat considering how air-tight the security of London Heathrow is.

You do not, I repeat, DO NOT want to put it into your carry on, no matter how well you think you've hidden it. It will be seen in the x ray nine out of ten times. You'd be better off putting it into a bag that you check. Best of all would be putting a small, small amount (a bud or two) into a baggy inside of a baggy inside of a baggy, then putting that into an old 35mm plastic film canister and filling it up with coffee, then just waltzing through with it in your pocket.

Best of all, of course, would be not trying to beat the system and just buy some weed in Houston.
