According to two posters in a Metafilter thread, in Piers Anthony's novelization of Paul Verhoeven's Philip K. Dick adaptation Total Recall, the chick has FOUR breasts instead of three.

Gentlemen, I need this confirmed and I need this novel.

Actually On A Pale Horse is middle schoolish at best with a great concept at heart and horrible/creepy writing.  I've read excerpts from his other novels and I can't even imagine beginning them.
