3000 calories a day and healthy is hard to do lol - I mean you REALLY gotta eat.
All I have in my kitchen at any given moment is a bunch of bananas, herbal tea, dark chocolate bar, and 3-4 lean cuisine tv dinners. A banana is enough for breakfast, lunch I eat out, and dinner is lean cuisine. Chocolate is for when im craving BIG BAGS OF OREOS and cant have them cause lol omg so fat
