oh god why did I drink 1 litre of vodka last night. I want to die. I woke up today covered in vomit.

Anyone have any useful hangover remedies?

I'm here to tell you that you did the right thing. Whatever you did, there is no need for you to feel guilt or shame right now. You probably didn't need those friends anyway, that girl didn't like you to begin with, and there are probably a dozen other guys in your neighborhood matching your description so the cops have very little chance of finding you.

Yeah, I had a Whopper and some Powerade. Feeling a bit less nauseous.

I'm such an idiot. This is not helping my depression. Yeah, I knew alcohol was a depressant. But I wasn't sure how much in the mental sense as opposed to physical.

How long have you been drinking? When I first started I didn't get any hangovers either. Now I get them all the time.

If I wake up and get some food in my stomach right away, along with something like gatorade or red bull, I'm fine. even after a pretty heavy night of drinking (for me that's like a couple mixed drinks and like 4 or 5 beers.) if not, I'm usually worthless the rest of the day.

I haven't been drunk in a long time...but in college, where I did most of drinking, I got to the point where the hangovers were so bad that I would make myself vomit at the end of the night. Hardly ever woke up with a hangover if I vomited the night before.

The morning you wake up with a hangover and a migraine, a real migraine, you will regret you were ever born.
