Good Morning EvilBore, what's for breakfast?
« on: December 03, 2008, 10:17:15 AM »

Just started trying this combination:
low-fat vanilla yogurt
spoonful of crunchy peanut butter
fruit n nut granola

Mix it all up.  Mmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm

An added bonus - it looks the same going in as it does going out.

A bowl or two of cereal every morning (with skim milk!) has helped keep me healthy and moderately in shape.

I had a bowl of Cap'n Crunch and a cup of green tea.

For second breakfast I'm having a bowl of chicken noodle soup and a latte.

^ You know it.  I work out in the mornings because I get to work so early because of my commute.  It's nice though because it doesn't really take up any time after work then when I could be doing fun stuff.   :)

no, no balance. if youre combining shit like you are, the argument of needing good taste is entirely out the window. Peanut butter and Yogurt? Jesus, man.

peanut butter and yogurt probably isn't too bad.  I remember having one of those yogurts that came with recess pieces that you mixed in and it was great

and that concoction in the op looks deadly

I mean, it takes about 30 seconds to make and I can eat it on the way to class or in my office.  It's much simpler than putting together an omlette and a lot easier to eat on a commute than a bowl of cereal.

I'm trying to stay completely away from fast food.  Some days a nutri-grain bar isn't enough, and other days a protein bar doesn't sound good.  This concoction works for me.  Why do you gotta hate on my food?  :gloom

Need you ask?

I had some cinnamon-flavored cereal that had expired last July with some shitty almond milk over at my gf's house because that was all she had.  Next time I'm bringing my own damn breakfast.
