I'd grab it now, but this cellular internet account has a disturbing data cap with insano rates if you go over, with no unlimited option. So I'll have to wait until I go home and listen to critique.

well, part 2 goes up Friday - it was long so we broke it into two parts, but it's really one show

i dunno if he would or not, i don't know anything about the interforum wars

all i know is i've been submitting us to every goddamned rss compiler, search engine, etc. and it didn't amount to jack shit, while a couple mentions in a gaf thread got us over 200 downloads in one day

i'd just like some listeners, is all, because i think we put on a decent show

ha, listening to the ex-gfw/1up podcast now, they're doing a twitter/facebook bit

Good idea breaking up the episode into 2 parts... CD length makes for just the right amount of listening in one sitting.

yeah, i tend to drift in and out of paying attention to any podcast i'm listening to after the first hour or so, so that's what we're shooting for from now on - around the hour to 1 1/2 hour mark

just from what i listen to, a lot of podcasts just don't edit anything out, and that's probably part of the reason it takes me so long to cut ours - because i actually, you know, try to edit

we don't do one every week because i knew that going into Summer i wouldn't have the extra time due to work, and we also don't want it to start feeling like a job

but yeah, if we go long at times we'll have the occasional "bonuscast" or "part two" or extra one the following week

it's been sort of spread across all the episodes, but we've had 450 downloads over the past couple of days, and that's a LOT more than our usual 125-150 total per show

well, everyone's first time is a bit off

i tried listening to the unedited version of our first show the other day and we giggled like anime schoolgirls all the way through it

his milk review is much more relaxed and natural sounding, and he also gives a good 2G2D review/recommendation for a budget HDTV
