There's really nothing anyone can tell him about relationships imo. Dude it fit, outgoing, moderately good looking, nice, etc. It has to be something else.

She just wants to move out of the house, I'm relocating and the two of us get along - it'd be a good fit. Then we realized, between the three of us (demi included), we'd get cheaper rent and be an adequate team of designers that are knowledgable with different skill sets. Plus, we could all play DS games during breaks.
