Welcome to one year ago. I love that album so much. All tracks are pretty good. Especially Tigerlilly. Such an awesome debut.
Good to see them becoming popular in the US.

Just got back from seeing Stars at the Triple Door here in Seattle. Absolutely awesome show. They played The Five Ghosts in it's entirety, and then did a second set of songs that were voted on by the fans specifically for this show. The Triple Door is like a cabaret, so you sit in booths and eat dinner while the band performs. My wife got there super early and got us front row seats on the stage. Torq sat next to us for a bit. IT WAS AWESOME. We all sat while they did The Five Ghosts, but then they did the second set and Torq got everyone up on their feet.

Recorded on our iPod, sorry for the atrocious audio quality and for the guy singing kinda loud behind me at times.

Here's what they played during the second set. The band finished with Calendar Girl, which was not initially planned. Also picked up The Five Ghosts a week before it goes on sale.

He sure is, and the album could definitely be called Bloc Party: G(ay) Sides, but it's still pretty awesome. I've always been a Bloc Party fan and this is almost as good as a new album for me.
