Sad to see them going the Monster Hunter routine.

"Story told through multiple characters" in videogames, is just slang for "We didn't want to tell a story, we just wanted to create a bunch of missions".

I'm sure many will love it, but that's not the kind of decision that pleases somebody like me.

I like how UE3 now looks like ass and a Japanese dev is making the best looking games this gen.

Yeah, I'm starting to get annoyed that people are still using UE3 in high frequency. Just looking at Lost Planet you'd think people would see that the investment in making an in house engine would be well worth it. UE3 can still look fantastic, but stuff like this and what was done with Red Faction just makes me lol when someone announces a big partnership with Epic.

Oh and while Halo 3 isn't a powerhouse I think it still looks great.

But think of it, this is the engine that powered Dead Rising, Lost Planet, Devil May Cry and RE5.
