Cooking mishaps

What kind of cooking mishaps have you had?  Explosions?  Fires?  Ectoplasm all over your face?

I was cooking a frozen pizza in the oven tonight and I guess I didn't notice the pizza was on top of a piece of circular cardboard.  So when I took it out and tried to cut it I was wondering why it wouldn't cut all the way through.  Then I looked at the bottom and there is a giant cardboard circle cooked into my pizza.  So I ended up just getting a fork and eating the top of the pizza ^^;

When I was young, my brother put a hot dog in the microwave for like 10 minutes...or maybe longer? It was black and smoking. Even the dogs wouldn't eat it.

My brother once tried to make macaroni for us in the microwave and ended up spilling the boiling water on himself.  He had to go to the hospital and all that shit.

um, for me it is pretty much every time I try and make salmon or crepes.  Crepes I don't care that much about, but salmon is healthy and I should be eating more of it, it just tastes so bad.
