As long as I hear from people, it's all good.  Those who haven't said anything since this started are the ones who will be DQ'd.

Great matches with Toonami. :bow

First match was really, really close - went in my favor, my Dictator 3 rounds to 2 rounds with Toonami's Gen.  Second match was 3-0 in my favor, Dictator v. Rose.

Good matches Beezy!

First match was Chun-li (Enl) vs. Dictator (Beezy) which ended 3-1. First round started in the marketplace where Chun began whipping out some vicious combos on the Dictator only to have him make a great comeback in the end. That only fueled her rage for the 2nd round where  she landed a perfect on him. The Dictator fought a better game in the last two rounds but Chun-li had her dead daddy vengence in the end.

The 2nd match was Evil Clone Dictator (Enl) vs. Dictator (Beezy) which ended in 3-0. The round pitted the Dictator against his evil clone on the shores of the firey volcano hell. Poor Dictator didn't realize that his clone knew all his tricks and weaknesses which resulted in him taking a long over due lava bath.

Winner: Enl

Lol Enl described the matches perfectly. I'm mad that I got a little nervous just because I knew it was a tourney match. I still don't think I would've won, but I could've done better. I'm gonna start playing this game like crazy again.

Last nite I sent him a quick voice message, not sure if he got it yet... I just mentioned that I am on usually around 8pm EST and to tell me a day that works best for him.

Lyte won 3-0, both matches. His Chun is SRS BIZNESS. I'm actually going to practice a little bit for the next round.

EDIT: I probably MAYBE could've gotten a round or two If I had played the game in a while, but still would've comfortably lost.

Just played robobobobo J, first match lost 0-3, got my ass handed to me. I even went to training mode to see if my controls were fucked up or something. They weren't. Second match was closer, Robo J has really good D, punish, and cross-up. We went 2-2, the fourth round got him with a super izuna drop (I was in the Ultra, and I think he just blocked 'cause no vega fucking saves up for super Izuna lol); I'm sure we were both laughing. He finished the match with a sound beating in round 5.

Whenever, I'm usually able to play in the evenings my time (which would probably be morning your time).  If you don't want to wake up early for it, then we can do it on the weekend.

My exact reaction to the super izuna was DURRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRR!  That isn't nearly the first time that's happened to me. :-\

You have Guile listed as your secondary and I was pretty worried you'd switch over to him.  Played well, that match-up is really terrible for Dictator, and my Sagat isn't anywhere near good enough to rely on.

Okay guys, all matches have been played...time to move onto ROUND 2!  Everyone is still in the game; those in the winners' bracket who lose will move to a random spot in the losers' bracket and play again in ROUND 3.  Those of you in the losers' bracket who lose this time around, thanks for playing and better luck next time!

Let's see about having all matches finished by next Tuesday, July 7th.

I assume I won the match. I don't think he realized that he had to stick with 2 characters as he chose 3. So I don't know if this counts.

1st round: Chun-li (Enl) vs Balrog (Banuda) 3-0

Total destruction of the boxer. Managed to pull a lot of good combos of on this one.

2nd Round: Dictator (Enl) vs Cammy (Banuda) 2-3

Extremely close match. Most of them ending with a sliver of health. He's got Cammy's summersault toss down to an art.

3rd Round: Dictator (Enl) vs Sagat (Banuda) 3-2

Another set of very close matches. There was a ton of close up tight defense going on. Exchanging rapid back and forths as each of us successfully blocks each other's attacks until the inevitable screw up.

Enl, you get the win officially, but even if you had lost, you'd still be in the winners' bracket...Banuda was only supposed to stick with the two pre-selected characters, so match #2 is disqualified.

Originalz, you're headed to a slot in the losers' bracket now, mayne.

That final match was epic, RoboJ. So much sweat was pouring off of me that I got a little too slippery for the contols.

Match I: Chun-li (Enl) vs Dictator (RoboJ) 0-3
Match II: Dictator (Enl) vs Sagat (RoboJ) 3-0
Match III: Dictator (Enl) vs Dictator (RoboJ) 2-3
