Help me make a bootable USB drive (Win7)

I'm trying it by using command - 'diskpart'.
When I use 'list disk' it doesn't show the USB drive, while it does in all the tutorials.
What's going on here?

I'm trying to create a dual boot XP/Windows 7 situation, but I'm about to give up.
The son of a bitch won't boot from the USB drive. :'(
