The thing is that Moore only gets to put out 1.5-2 hours of film every couple of years, and to condense things down corrners might need to be cut. To someone who follows either internet threads as a news aggregate or your preferred circle of blogs, a lot of what he does might seem old hat or even sloppy, but it's still putting out info to many who don't receive it through other means.

I went to buy some insurance the other day and it was hilarious how quickly the saleswoman brought up 'Sicko'. We weren't even talking about health insurance, and she just started spinning how their product wasn't a total fake like all the US insurance companies' products.
