we've been living in a rental up until now (2-room, just under 700 sqft, $590/month rent). here in gothenburg, it's fucking hard getting hold of a first-hand rental contract, so we were lucky to get this five years ago. this is the trend in the major cities here, if you want a good apartment, you're pretty much forced to buy one. now we are buying an apartment (3-room, 925 sqft), so we are taking a fairly big bank loan of course. this is scary for me since I've never done this kind of thing before. zomg

Well, before the crisis, a lot of buildings with rental apartments were converted into condos. So there is a definite lack of rental places in the major cities.

I recently soft-modded my Wii; had no idea that you can just do it with an SD Card and don't need any of that Twilight Hack crap.  So now I can play U.S. games, and Madworld's my first pick-up.  I think I may get Metroid Prime Trilogy too.

We were at a mall a little far out from where we live; I didn't check the game after I got it and so of course the fucking Gamestop employee gave me a used copy for the new price.     The box is dirty and the disc has fucking fingerprints all over it.
