Hey, shall we do some 'under the radar' cheap ass steam hidden gems?
Let's do some 'under the radar' cheap ass steam hidden gems!

Pixelart metroidvania? puzzle platformer? somewhere between the two?
One dude made this, and it took him forever, it looks beautiful, and is firmly in 'yeah, that's a fair price' territory now

These are sort of two sides of the same coin with an intertwined... I'm going to say narrative, even though its fairly opaque as to wtf is actually going on.
The Cube Escape games are locked room puzzles
The Rusty Lake games are... still sorta locked room puzzles, but much more story driven, covering various historical events alluded to in the Cube Escape games, and there are some satisfying payoffs and connections playing through them.
Also let's say heavy heavy twin peaks vibes, if that's your bag

It's Celeste, breh. If you didn't pick it up already for some reason, you should probably pick it up if you like platform games.
It's a pretty good platform game breh.

What? Is that a pricing error? No? It's
actually priced to fall into that steam dregs bucket along side shit like anime stranding, wet pussy hentai and wanking simulator?
Okay then.
It's a pretty good point and click that has time travel as a mechanic.

Super charming and under-rated metroidvania where you play a dung beetle and most of your traversal is done via pinball flippers.

Also, I obviously stand by
all of my previous different
recommendations too
