I usually get around 2 - 2.5 MB/sec on my racing-underground torrents

BTW, GilloDeeeeeeee, Japan's got the whole internet thing down pretty well. We've got fiber-optic to home, and my fastest torrent speed so far was 2.6MB/s. I AM ABLE TO DOWNLOAD LINUX ROMS LIKE CRAZY.

I think I heard more about North Korea in America than in South Korea. Most SKs never even think about it and when they do it's like "Oh, our crazy brother upstairs.". Older Koreans may have family there and are more bothered by it.
