So $10 more and you get unlimited calling to all mobile phones, unlimited text and web with 3G coverage in more than 6 cities. Not even close. Nights and weekends start at 7.
Uh, Sprint's $89 plan doesn't get you unlimited minutes. T-Mobile does. Their unlimited everything plan is $99. That's a $20 difference. Versus T-Mobile, which has 3G in 113 cities and in every metropolitan area I've visited the past six months. I've had no problems in San Diego, Los Angeles, New York, D.C., etc.
I guess if I lived in the middle of nowhere, I'd pay more for more expansive 3G coverage. But you're reaching.
Sprint has a more robust network, there is no doubt - but I have no need for it. And it costs more. And T-Mobile has incredible customer care.
Who the hell calls customer service anyway? I'm pretty sure Tmo got a better score than Verizon this year actually.
Your argument is "Who needs customer care?"
Are you kidding. Between billing, technical issues, etc. - having great customer care matters. I actually just extended my contract today on the basis of T-Mo's customer care. They've been great, either when setting up stuff, dealing with technical issues, billing, etc.
I will stick with the person that accommodates me, thank you very much.
... At worst, it's equivalent? You are joking.
At worst, it's equivalent to AT&T.
