oh christ, would you people back off already? Conan's show was high-energy and crazy, to the point of being semi-unwatchable; Letterman was interviewing an obviously apathetic Harrison Ford. It was just a weird contrast.

People bash Fallon but what I've seen of his Late Night he's actually trying new things as opposed to doing the same old format. You'd never see Letterman using Twitter/facebook/digg live on the air. Fallon was always annoying on SNL but not so much on Late Night. At least he isn't Carson Daly.
