There's nothing fundamentally different about RE4 on the Wii. Christ, it's the same game with a different control scheme. So how do you even explain PC games? You can use any number of different crazy devices and control schemes for PC games. Doesn't mean they become different games.
The controls in RE4 Wii were slapped in and it just so happens that a lot of people took to it, for some reason. They really weren't all that good.
I don't see how you can keep World of Goo on the Wii list, though. It's a PC game as well. I suppose it shouldn't be surprising that the best scoring 3rd party Wii title is actually a PC game.

The Gamecube still had a better library overall, though. It doesn't matter what excuses you attempt to make for the Wii, but the Gamecube was superior.
