Well since all the new #1's are coming out this month and I've been on a big comic book kick lately I figured I'd at least catch up with the ultimate fallouts before I read about the new Miles Morales.

My next purchase will either be 252 (first symbiote issue) or 299 (first venom issue). Both are about 40 bucks in near mint condition and I want them but can't decide. Arghhhhhhh.

My wife was going through my comics a week or so ago and read some of my spiderman comics and then I figured eh I'll read some too and before we knew it we were nose deep in the backissues bin of our local comic shop and we've been going nuts for the last week or so. We're fucking addicted.

Standard PC game in DVD sleeve with two useless cosmetic DLCs, CD with OST in papersleeve, nice big Artbook, useless collectible character cards with fluff, useless and quite frankly horribly cheap "Seal of Purity" fridge magnet. Yes, fridge magnet. You read that right. Not the best CE ever, but as far as Collectors Editions go it's quite OK, really.

And the Emperor, in all his glory, found it prudent to give me french character cards. FRENCH. I don't understand a single word on those cards. Might as well have been Orkish. $:-\$

new graphics cards: Nvidia GTX 560 ti

not a huge leap over my gtx 275, but it's cheap, rebated and includes Batman Arkham City, which is a game I'd buy day one. Mental gymnastics brings it down to under $200. Should last me a year or two, or at least put be in a better position for Battlefield 3 and Skyrim, and it has DX11.

current card is almost exactly 2 years old because it came with Batman Arkham Asylum. Will buy next card when Arkham Nation is out.

and just realized this is almost a decade of Nvidia exclusivity. from 4600 to 6800 to 8800 to 275 to 560. brand loyalty :'(

His stuff normally runs for exponentially more than that (as do most prints). I actually felt like I had to ask if there was something wrong with them for being so cheap, but he said it's just part of the site's mission to provide inexpensive limited edition prints for new and up-and-coming artists.
