Basically if an IG chick has cities listed in her bio, and "contact for business inquires" despite clearly not really being a model...she's likely open for offers. Hell, even actual models and popular chicks on IG participate in the life. That doesn't mean you DM her and ask disrespectful questions. These chicks get harassed all day, they'll block you if you ask some bullshit. But if you're smart you'll figure it out.
One thing you learn quickly is that a lot of these chicks really don't have money. Obviously there are a lot of IG girls who have figured out how to monetize it, have created businesses or sell products very effectively. But most of the girls people gaze at live out of hotels and don't really own anything. The money they make from sugar daddies or arrangements goes to paying bills, buying accessories, and traveling. The traveling is part leisure part business: being in the right place at the right time can have financial benefits, depending on who you run into.
