Creepy as shit that they came back. I know security has been mentioned, and I may have missed it, but have you thought about picking up a security cam setup? You can get some relatively cheap, and if whoever is doing this comes back a third time, at the very least you'll get an idea of who your dealing with, and potentially something for the cops to work with.
