Wait, there was a new Tales game announced? How did I miss this? And the character designs are Inomata?

I...completely missed this announcement apparently. Too bad it's PS3/PS4 so PS4 version is just another Zestria up-rez. I think the jump to PS4-only might bring a little bit closer to Vesperia nice looking Tales again.

Gamestop's shitty payment gateway is going to prevent me from getting a Xenoblade X LE I ordered back in September. Apparently they have issues with my billing information I provided, which SOMEHOW has no problem with Amazon and many other fucking outlets.

I was kinda peeved but when I realise I would be paying $100 for a stupid art book and stupid usb stick I just cancelled the order and will get the regular version.... VIA AMAZON

ps4 user interface is garbage water, but stick with it. once you find out where everything is you'll see that it's a trillion times better than the shit sandwich ps4 was. the connection issues stuck tho; i had constant drops with ps3 but ps4 has almost no issues. dunno

never had ps3 internet issues.

worst thing about ps4 combined with the "please wait..." crap is the bg music. There's some chirping noise that sounds just like a fucking confirmation/bubble sound that shows something is on screen. It's not actually something on screen though, it's just some random ass noise. So every time you hear "BEEP" when there's a "please wait" screen, you look up, and there's nothing there. Whoever made this bg music needs to have a stern talking to. And then after that slapped hard in the face.

Finally got it connected by moving the ps4 to the tv next to the router/modem.

PS4's wireless really is worse than ps3's.

Even hooked up to the net it's slow and awful. I just bought a premium avvy and chose "go to avatar settings" and it's been on "please wait" for two minutes loading an avatar menu. I remind you that my internet speed is 100mbps.

If you're hard up for an RPG, $4 isn't a bad price, but it's probably my least favorite tri-Ace game. Combat is clunky and there's a ridiculous amount of backtracking, especially if you're trying to do side quests. Some of the environmental graphics look nice though and the music iirc was decent.

if a little blurb on a leaked vid is to be believed, PS2 on PS4 won't allow discs, no surprise there, and also won't include the ones you bought on PS3, which is a little less expected. I guess they're considering these somewhere in between a straight ISO and a full HD remaster since they're getting res bumps and such. Probably takes more QA and all that, so I think it's a bit understandable.

People are already melting about no discs + no ps3 PS2 games. but the real meltdowns will happen if Sony goes full asshole and charges $19.99 per game.
