It's clear I've never really been into Silent Hill, though I'm interested in the Silent Hill collection for that reason. Tried playing 2 a while ago but never got far, apart from that I only played SH on PS1.

Well, RF:G didn't sell to expectations. They kept the brand but changed the genre, and that didn't work. I just don't see how long they can be expected to pursue that property. If that team gets put on a new original IP, cool. If they get stuck working on some WWE-based third-person cover shooter... well, I wouldn't want to see that.

I think it has more to do with the 50,000 minimum print run MS requires for NA. It's also why Arcana Heart 3 didn't get released on the 360 in NA.

Oh yeah, I remember that. I also remember it being no real problem playing the game. Got 100% on everything pretty easily.

They did a better job with the draw distance in later Tenchu PSP titles. No problems with the Tenchu 3 and Kurenai ports and with Tenchu 4.

I'd had loved to see Volition go again with Red Faction. The first one was excellent. The sequel was just blah. The third one was awesome. The fourth was blah. If they stayed consistent the next one would have been the best yet.

Final Fantasy Tactics releases on the App Store sometime today for 16 bucks. Pretty hefty for a, what, 15 year old game? But its somewhat reworked for the retina display on the iPhone 4, and the interface has been much improved.

Unfortunately no. That's something Apple needs to introduce with the App Store -- trials of every paid app -- but they probably won't. Some developers have gotten around that by offering the app for free with in-app purchases unlocking the full game/app, but I'd rather Apple just mans up and fixes everything. Demos and "Lite"s are separate apps, and they introduce confusion for the user. My dad was running Angry Birds Lite for the longest time and had no idea that there was an infinitely more enjoyable game with the SAME NAME in the App store. He felt dumb afterwards haha.
