I'm still in shock how Mann shat the bed with PE. It's probably the laziest, most wooden major studio film I've seen in the last few years. It literally felt like no one was trying particularly hard -- especially the sound department.

I'm all for experimental methods and what have you, but there is no possible way to defend what a lazy, muddled piece of shit that film was. And to waste a cast that great is just awful.
