"creating a hostile work environment" my ASS, oh the irony of having been the sole victim of a bully cokehead rapist thief and a floppy necked wide eyed bearded canadian cunt for the past two years...not to mention one of the owners who has broken a lawn chair by throwing it across the parking lot, ripped the heavy ass office door of the hinges, and generally screamed at everyone like a god damn lunatic all just over the past month. not to mention the other owner who would push me around and grab my t shirt. and me, who everyone loves, had one moment of frustration and decided to walk outside where nobody else was and take it out on the back side of a walk in cooler, so now I'm the bad guy who deserves to lose his job. I've shed blood, sweat and tears (literally all three) for years at that place, taken overtime pay off the clock and under the table at my regular hourly rate, dropped whatever i was doing and headed over when they needed someone at beck and call, and did anything that was ever asked of me without a single syllable uttered in question or protest. I've even bitten the bullet when it came to workers compensation claims and bought my own medical supplies at rite aid which I never got paid back for even though I was told I would be.
