So earlier this week I got mad at Amazon for shipping a fridge without prior authorization. I didn't get around to unpacking it till yesterday when I noticed they shipped it upside down.

I was already pissed by the set of circumstances in the first place so upon contacting them again they weren't too happy to hear from me again. I was nice and civil when talking to the CSR when we were interrupted by a account specialist. The CSR nor myself knew that this third person was involved in our conversation. Seems they took my allegation about their new program to heart. They explained that they are conducting experiments with "loyal" Amazon customers. I just so happened to meet the criteria. And for the headache they are sending a replacement fridge for free.

I didn't believe it but both orders show $0.00. I have to send back the first one since the fridge can't be shipped like it was originally. As an added bonus I got a follow up email with a free Amazon prime renewal and warranty for the fridge. So I'd say that this whole thing turned in my favor. I'll have the new fridge sometime today. 😁
