So last night I got up to use the bathroom. Standing there I started to get a flushing feeling throughout my body and then immediately nauseous kicked in. I suddenly blacked out and awoke to somehow being in our bedroom floor decked out dazed and confused. I hit my head hard somewhere as well as my body because it's all fucked up. I look like I was in a stripper fight and lost. Fucked up chin, lip, eye area all swollen as fuck. I was conscious and the missus patched me up, but shit that was scary as fuck. Looking on our cameras you can just see it happen with no explanation. We stayed up a while to make sure I wasn't concussed and went back to sleep. I've gotten that flushing feeling before, but never have I blacked out like that ever before. I tried making a call to my doctor, but soonest appointment is in September.

For some reason doctors simply stop caring after you reach a certain age and not necessarily that old.

When I was 12 or so every cough, bruise or scratch was met with: "OH that's so horrible, here let me help you".
Once you're an adult and your back is all fucked up or you're having half a stroke or whatever: "Yep that's fucked, here's a pill to make your forget now get out quick there's people waiting who actually deserve care more than you do"

When you get old the thing reverses again. "OH it doesn't matter that you shit all over the place grandpa. Here let me help you collect your feces and clean up your ass as we look at that prostate"

It's a bit concerning to me, but expected given how taxed the medical system is in this country. The nurse line suggested that if it happens again in the next 7-14 days to seek out the care of the same day clinic at the emergency room. So while I'm all fucked up a doctor can't document what happened in a timely enough matter to make a proper diagnosis? That sounds distinguished mentally-challenged and not sufficient in properly diagnosing a person's potential condition.

I was a flouride wistle blower I maid a YouTube video went on Adam kokesh show and a few others. I turned down a documentary. These truthers did the same thing to me I found a job where they don't use flouride they doxed me and spammed my employer untill I was let go they thought I was uliminati because of hand signs, the reality was they maid a veteran homeless took me a long time to find a new job. Their are very few manisapalities that don't use flouride.

Ive found a midrise that goes partially up your ankle real good for rocky terrain. Helps with keeping your ankle from rolling and just feels much more secure. A boot or shoe that laces up independently at the ankle is good too (looks like half loops that you fasten the shoelace into). You can vary how tight the laces are at the foot and at the ankle. All in all making a point to get a correctly fitting shoe is the most important thing. On the longer treks any small rubbing turns into foot pain down the line.

I have pretty nice boots, they fit well. They do good on rock but slip on gravel paths and are way to heavy for quick flats, I guess i'm trying to find a balance.

I was at the barber recently and they offered to cut my eyebrows.
So I asked her, is that 'a thing' or trend now?

And she said: "No not really but some people ask these days"

After doing some research it seems that minimal trimming is recommended for men.
Basically trim away a few messy hairs if necessary but don't leave gaps.

I think it's just part of their upsell strategy or soyboy internet looks recommendations gone wrong tbh.

Lmfao I remember this, in the 00s. I was born with thick black bushy eyebrows which was considered extremely ugly and nerdy back in high school so I'd overpluck them too.
Joke is on the bullies, I stopped plucking for most of the part and got full eyebrows now while those bitches gotta draw them on like Nike logos.

There is this temporary tattoo trend now called microblading, which tattoos on single lines and can either look really nice and natural, or super fake and weird. My bff never had much eyebrow hair so  the microblading really helped her.

So happy my eyebrows are perfect without trimming. My male cousin got his eyebrows threaded once and it was absolutely hilarious. Theres such a thing as too clean (a line). He looked like he was about to tear off his clothes for money at any moment.

Once you pluck away the excess the eyebrows will look styled, even if they aren’t naturally arched.

That’s why it looks “off” on dudes with thick/dark eyebrows, because people are used to the eyebrows having excess around.
