Is there a thread on understanding this forum?

I just noticed today that there's a 3rd sub-forum besides Games & Real Talk. When did this happen? Also where did the Bork Appreciation thread go?

Also I don't know what half the threads in Real Talk and almost any of threads in this 3rd sub-forum are about from their titles. Everything reads like nonsense like you need a secret cipher to understand what the topics are actually about. I don't remember this forum being like this. Gaming side is still pretty normal.

The third forum was a private board bork set up in retaliation for being banned from the purple forum because he felt people were being unfairly targeted for a mostly harmless thread. He ended up moving the thread back to the public board and kept the private board for the bad vibes thread. It has yet to produce anything worthwhile.

The bork appreciation thread is slightly more interesting. Cauliflower kicked himself out of the discord after I told him he was creepy and made that thread after developing a fixation on bork. He ended up locking his own thread for no reason because he's crazy. Rumbler or Molotov removed the thread.

I post much less here because the quality of posts have gone way down... it is what it is

Can you give us some examples of these confusing threads. I’m not on any discord, and I don’t really have much trouble following any threads really.

Bebs, you don't have to be on any discord, that was just the cauliflower one (and it's really only me and bork who understood the context behind that thread). I think you would just have to visit this side more frequently... many threads are references to other things that happened on the board. Or they're just bad shitposts.

That third sub-forum was made back in February!

Shosta did a good job summarizing events. That sub-forum is also only viewable by forum members, btw.

The "Bork Appreciation" thread was deleted- no idea what happened there. Maybe it was a mistake and they meant to unlock the thread or maybe they just did it for the lolz.

was able to walk myself back off the plank this time, so it really is like I'm getting better at going completely insane.

as result I did end up having some conversations with mom about things I never really talked about with anyone. she also told me things that I had only heard bits and pieces of as child. so a lot of that became real for me after hearing it from her. part of what she confirmed to me has me me getting emotional when I think on it $:-\$
