Looks like a momentary hiccup in that last pic, where the Xbox360 hasn't loaded the high quality version of the building yet and is still displaying the distant, low quality version. The Xbox360 version actually looks better overall AND isn't censored.

360 version is rated Cero Z, which is the highest possible rating, because no one buys 360 games anyway. PS3 version is censored for a lighter rating in hopes of mainstream sales (

Same reason they took out the gore in Ninja Gaiden Sigma 2. Hayashi can bullshit all he wants about a cleaner style, but they just wanted the lighter rating so they can avoid the "adult game" tag.

I dunno about that. Most games that are rated Z on 360 have excessive violence, like Gears of War, Ninja Gaiden 2, Dead Rising, etc. I think publishers are just more conscious about the PS3 version because it might actually sell well to the casual audience that is nonexistent on 360. There's nothing that violent on PS3 off the top of my head, except God of War 3, which is rated Z.

The Japanese version of NMH on the Wii was censored too, wasn't it? I think they explode into coins or something.

And NMH is awesome. Best game on the Wii.

grasshopper realizes how gore is handled in the west so if it comes out here, I'm sure the ps3 version won't be butchered. Other Japanese games are censored but are uncut in the western versions so it's totally possible. Heck, NMH wii is an example of this. Japanese version has like no gore, western version is totally uncut.

Does that link show all the glitches too? I picked up the 360 version but quit playing after it glitched on me during the tutorial session. An enemy died but his body remained frozen on the screen along with his severed head next to it. Couldn't continue on. Apparently there a number of glitches like this in the game...a big patch is supposed to be released in a few weeks. What a fuck-up.
