Lyte Edge, is the next gen upgrade better than the wii version? As someone who has played both 360 and wii versions, which should someone who wants to play NMH get?

Well, they'd be pretty dumb to release the same game, side-by-side, with a game that isn't censored, wouldn't they? I don't think I've ever heard of anything like that.

With Sigma 2, NG2 came out like a year and a half prior to Sigma 2, so it's totally different situations, and Sigma 2 is an exception, not the rule. Games like Resident Evil, Dead Rising, No More Heroes, and more have their gore intact in western versions while they are edited in the Japanese versions. It's pretty common.

gosh I want to play NMH so bad. I have even considered rebuying a wii for sin and punishment 2, mario galaxy 1/2, and nmh. I didn't want to sell my wii, despite it being my biggest gaming console purchase regret - I had a financial situation!

I haven't been to an anime con since I was a teenager and I don't think I'd go to another one ever again. I never played much of the original on Wii so I couldn't tell you. Was not a fan of the controls. I prefer the way that NMH2 plays with the Wii Classic Controller and the 360 version is set up the same way.

Got my copy in the mail today. I've never played the Wii version, but I'm guessing the combat isn't as mashy when you're waggling like crazy. Totally wacky Jappy, I'm loving it after the first level. Load times aren't horrible, but they're still present.

No, wii version uses waggle in spurts, for final attacks and stuff. If every attack were waggle, it wouldn't be effective. But slicing a dude's head off when the game tells you to is awesome.

When you clash swords with an enemy, it has you twirl the right stick in the direction of the movement on-screen to overpower them. It's not the most responsive system.
