Not to mention, their plain yogurt is organic. No processed sugars.

Himuro: Some people need a hobby, Diablos has chosen watching nutrition labels. I've long since given up after driving so many years in commutes. Its clear my fate isn't governed by my health as much as the alertness of other drivers.

It's just that it's annoying when you talk about food and people always point out certain foods cholesterol levels and stuff like that, and I'm like, who the hell cares? They do this for every type of food and it's beyond annoying.

If you simply use common sense there should be no reason to use labels I think, and even though I admit the labels are handy, I don't memorize the numbers. If something has too much sugar, I rarely eat it. If something has too much fat, I eat it in small doses or I rarely eat it. It's not hard, and it's annoying that people even think of calculating how much cholesterol they intake daily while riding everyone else's nuts about doing it because it's "healthy".

People have been able to live without calculating that shit for centuries.

Seriously tho, the key to EVERYTHING is moderation and variety. Gauge what you eat with your level of activity, be aware of how you FEEL.

There isnt that much to know.

I never ever rant about cholesterol. It's is only a major cause of concern if you actually HAVE high cholesterol. You're using me as your target for people obsessed with the topic. Also, high cholesterol IS bad. And there IS a reason why you always see commercials for it and stuff. It's not aimed at people who are trying to get in shape, rather older folks who naturally have high cholesterol. You're getting confused.

Most people don't eat many foods with high cholesterol beyond eggs. I know I don't. If you don't have high cholesterol, you don't need to worry about little things upsetting it.

Weren't you the one on IRC a few nights ago talking about how anal you are about your carbohydrate intake? :lol

Anyway, I cut out high amounts of processed sugars and saturated fats from my diet. I watch my intake and I exercise.

High amounts of processed sugars and saturated fats (as well as trans fats) are what is making this country so goddamn fat. That, and portion sizes at many restaurants. It's getting a bit ridiculous
