I brought some beer. This convenience store sells fat tire, so I bought some of that and we had Bud Light too. Overall, fun day.

btw, please explain this. We watched on Univision and I noticed all the pro-Mexico team jerseys in commercials, some even starring Mexican team players. Why are all the Mexicans rooting for Mexico? They moved to America right? Most illegally, right? So why do they not take pride in being American? Why are they so pro-Mexico footie? Even when they Uruguay played France, they only interviewed people from Uruguay.

You don't see Italian Americans rooting for Italy or Black Americans rooting for various African teams. So why are Mexicans so caught up in rooting for Mexico?

I see, so its not just one channel that airs all 3 matches. I guess I will have to reprogram tv my channels, I haven't done so since they switch to digitals.

england occasionally looks better up front--duh, considering their players vs. usa's--but that's about it. i dunno, with a little bit of luck, usa can totally win.

Funny how all the cliche's about England's team have been borne out so far: Heskey won't score but has good link-up play, they'll rely on the midfield for goals, keeper is the weak point, etc.
