bigger friend list
better tabbed download history
better photo gallery + dumping jpgs straight to the hdd
better music player + dumping mp3s straight to the hdd

I'd like the option to remove at least some of the multitude of useless parts of the dashboard such as:

Video Marketplace
Music Marketplace
Spotlight
Inside Xbox
My Community

It would also be nice to remove parts within each area if not used like Picture Library, Help or whatever.
