Japanese games = where the men look like women
American games = where the women look like men

Also, is it just me or are American devs much more likely to nickel-and-dime you with microtransactions on everything?

Wait, what? I was too busy spending MS bux for my Oblivion horse armor and for a helmet for Shepard to notice me getting 'owned'...

(actually not too surprised by Namco scamming with the dlc but I never bought Katamari or Idolmaster)

To be fair that was never meant to be shown, it was just an experiment that Nintendo R&D does.  That said IDOLMASTER  :yuck :yuck

I still prefer Japanese gaming, just looking at my last purchases--Peace Walker, SSFVI, SMG2.  But, I do agree that Japan's golden age was PS2 era.

I wish more western devs would take cues from Mirror's Edge and the Wipeout games when it comes to color...

What's the game in the second pic, Borys?

Very disappointed that a sequel hasn't turned up yet... fix the combat (i.e. make it mostly optional) and refine a few of the original game's mechanics and you have a winner.

Though honestly, I wouldn't mind seeing a ME game on 3DS, I think it could work really well with some actual depth perception thrown in there.

I wish Japan would update their aesthetics. They are still recycling gaming animu stereotypes from the '90.
