I want to jump in, but I won't do it until the character packs are on sale, because that's what I want most.

Hopefully the stages will still be cheap then.  :(

yeah never mind that I got 100 hours of gameplay out of it or anything. Keep shelling out $70 for your yearly dose of 4 hour CoD campaigns with 3 new multi maps.

The amount of FUD in this thread is sickening

yeah I feel ya, Ive been on a gaming budget lately.

I just bought most of content as it was released so it didnt seem like such a kick in t-nutz.

Still, just the core game has 5 characters and 6 stages and you'll get heaps of mileage out of that. 600 points is great price.

yeah it's not really like a typical Metriodvania but. It's a fucked up 2d multiplayer loot game hybrid. Still great in Single Player. Still with awesome sprites and backgrounds. No 3d BS. You can try it out for a measly 6 bux and get the extras later if you fall in love

My problem with the dlc, besides the high price, is that you cantplay in a private lobby with others who dint have it like you can in or crackdown. Wit the large volume of dlc it makes it really hard to keep your old crew together.

I'm trying to ge my partners to bu it all in one shot for this sale but I dunno if they will.ni disagree that it is fun alone.

Portrait of Ruin is a story follow-up to Bloodlines.

Well that is new. Had no idea, or that Bloodlines deserved any semblance of a followup.

bloodlines is awesome and one of the most underappreciated cv's

it was made by the same team that did rocket knight and hard corps

When I first started I did a few solo runs (you won't get very far on your own initally) and then got in a party that ran through everything. Once all the levels have been run through you can buy some semi-decent shit in the shop and attempt to tackle shit on your own and actually contribute to a team running levels.
