There are many ramen restaurants on the West Coast.  Some of them are even quite good but I've yet to find a place that is as authentic as the places in Japan.  Tonkatsu seems to be the hardest style to make.  The soup just doesn't taste as good as the ones you get in Japan.

We can't be entirely sure of your race unless we see you nude.  It just wouldn't be scientifically accurate to judge someone's race on the basis of non-nude pictures.
